T1 Ticket

Reporting a Player - if a player has wronged you or others in ways such as personal threats, unpleasant language or activity, griefing/destroying builds.

Reporting a Bug - commands not working as intended; such as a server feature is broken, or if your Voting reward failed to come through after waiting over 20 minutes in-game.


T2 Ticket

Reporting a Server Issue - Unable to connect to the server, or loss of items due to a server glitch.

Reporting a Staff Member - if a staff member has wronged you or others in ways such as abuse of power, personal threats—however, general warnings due to offensive activity do not count as a threat, unless the language used in the warning is inappropriate and violates our rules—unpleasant language or activity, griefing/destroying builds.
